We want you to be completely satisfied with your festive attire, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all North Pole security tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the festive garments you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items back into their original box, ensuring all labels and seasonal packaging are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid Royal Mail return label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any local Post Office and keep your proof of postage while we process your refund within 5-7 working days.
